Welcome to The Cōpajn Pour. Once a month, one story, one pour, one reason to pull up a chair. No fluff, just what’s pouring.

WHY BLACK?

We didn’t set out to make another vodka. We set out to make the first recognizable sipping vodka.

Vodka had become invisible — clear bottle, clear pour, forgettable. We wanted a bottle you recognize across the room, a pour you remember, and a sip you actually slow down for.

That’s Cōpajn Black. Bold in appearance. Smooth in character. Made to be a statement, not a gimmick.

Fun fact: The world’s first black vodka got its color from catechu, an herb extract — not food coloring. Black was always meant to stand out.

This one’s from the city. Chicago bartenders have been running our Signature Pour all summer, and it’s simple for a reason:

Fun fact: Vodka wasn’t always America’s drink. We were whiskey drinkers. By 1975, vodka became our favorite spirit — and now a third of all cocktails contain it.
