LOCAL DELIVERY:

We offer local delivery services to customers within the city of Chicago. A delivery fee will be charged for local delivery services. DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL PACKAGES:

All packages with alcohol will require signature verification by an adult over 21 years of age. The package will not be delivered if the recipient is not of legal drinking age or fails to provide valid identification.

AGE VERIFICATION:

Cōpajn Vodka is committed to ensuring that it is in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws regarding the sale of alcohol. Therefore, we strictly follow age verification regulations. We may request to see a valid ID before fulfilling any alcohol orders.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are processed within one to three business days after payment verification. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped. If you require any change to your order, contact our customer service team immediately for appropriate solution.

All orders within Cook County applying the City of Chicago consumption tax will be charged in accordance to the appropriate tax laws.

All packages are insured against damage and theft and the damages occurred during the transit are subject to investigation prior to filing a claim.
